Clark County

Clark County Recovery Court is a five-phase program which takes a minimum of thirteen months to complete. Participants will be sentenced to Recovery Court as an alternative to prison or jail. Participants on probation may also enter as an alternative to revocation. Each of the five phases has requirements which must be successfully completed before a participant can petition to move to the next phase.

Eligible individuals consist of those offenders who are high-risk, high-need, and non-violent for whom substance use contributes to criminal behavior. Program components aim to support program engagement and accountability by providing participants opportunities for ongoing judicial interaction.
