The Next Evolution of Justice System Programming

We are proud of our ability to deliver the highest quality of cutting edge justice system programming tailored to suit the interests, goals, and needs of local criminal justice systems.  We are driven by a desire to constantly measure the impact of our programs on community safety, fiscal responsibility, and improvements to the well-being of our clients and our community.  We start with the most current ideas and practices from researchers and experts in the field, implement the latest practices and policies, and measure the impact of the change.  Practices that work are kept, while those that don't are scrapped.  Program evolution is our mantra.

Innovation

JusticePoint's innovative programs are specifically designed to meet the unique goals, interests, and needs of local justice systems.

Evolution

Our programs measure what is working, identify what is not, and provide solutions to achieve the goals of local stakeholders and the community.

Technology

We utilize cutting edge technology throughout our program development, operational, and outcome measurement processes, providing at-a-glance data on program impact.

Who We Are

Applying Evidence to Decision Making

JusticePoint is an organization dedicated to the promotion of evidence-based criminal justice policy and programming throughout the state of Wisconsin. JusticePoints commitment to evidence-based practices is firmly rooted in the belief that criminal justice outcomes can be improved through the use of collaboration, engagement, and the scientific method.

The impact of these improved outcomes is not limited to criminal justice stakeholders, practitioners, defendants and victims, but has a direct impact on the quality of life for all in the community. Reduction in key criminal justice outcomes such as recidivism has the cumulative effect of stunting or limiting the cycle of criminal activity by eliminating criminal role modeling and the cycle of victimization.

JusticePoint was incorporated in 2011 with a mission that focuses on promoting the expansion of safe release and community reintegration of justice-involved individuals with practices and programs established within the tenets of the Evidence-Based Decision Making Initiative framework developed by the National Institute of Corrections.
