Provide evidence-based supervision and skill-based programming to address a youth’s criminogenic needs either in a center setting or the community. The supervision and programming will be individualized to meet the needs of the youth referred, based on the youth’s assessed risk level, needs and responsivity factors. 


  • Utilize the Kids at Hope philosophy

  • Maintain a strengths-based approach

  • Develop individualized case plans to address each youth’s criminogenic needs

  • Provide youth with individualized programming to address their identified criminogenic needs

  • Utilize evidence-based programming in order to address the criminogenic needs of each youth

  • Provide tracking and supervision at the appropriate individualized level

  • Provide face-to-face contact with youth and the youth’s family in their home, school, and in the community

  • Collaborate with local agencies involved with the youth and his/her family

  • Maintain accurate data on each program participant and verified records that document and support activity necessary to meet the program outcomes

  • Prepare written reports notifying treatment team members of the youth’s progress

  • Provide meals and snacks to youth as needed

  • Provide transportation to youth as needed

  • Assist with crisis de-escalation in situations that arise with youth

  • Attend and participate in staff meetings as scheduled

  • Must be available to serve clients 7 days/week. Staff contact will vary, including daytime and evening visits


Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field required


  • Computer literacy including working knowledge and experience of Windows and word processing, as well as data entry experience (Microsoft Word & Excel)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 

  • High level of skill in organization and attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

  • Ability to work independently

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with individuals from diverse economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds 

  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and automobile with insurance required
